RNA purification column "RNASep Semi-Prep Column"

Nucleic acid analysis column for high-speed liquid chromatography (HPLC) that can also be used for mRNA analysis.

The RNASep SemiPrep column manufactured by ADS Biotec (formerly Transgenomic) in the United States is a column for RNA purification using high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) that can also be used for the research and development of mRNA drugs and mRNA vaccines. The column beads are made from polymer beads, allowing for use over a wider pH range compared to conventional silica bead columns. It is utilized by customers worldwide, primarily in Europe and the United States.

Oligo purification column OligoSep HC Cartridge

Column for high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) for oligonucleotide purification using polymer beads.

The OligoSep HC Cartridge manufactured by ADS Biotec (formerly Transgenomic) is a column that uses porous beads made of alkylated polystyrene-divinylbenzene. Due to the porous nature of the beads, the surface area of the column beads is larger compared to non-porous beads, allowing for the purification of a greater volume of samples. It can be used not only for the purification of oligonucleotides but also for the analysis of single-stranded and double-stranded DNA. It is compatible with various types of high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) systems. By using buffers manufactured by ADS Biotec as the mobile phase, high-precision separations can be achieved. Additionally, by following the procedures outlined in the instruction manual and washing the column with 75% acetonitrile, the column can be reused multiple times.

Biomonolith <Protein A, Protein G>

Used primarily for the quantification of IgG (calculation of fermentation potency)!

We would like to introduce our bio-pharmaceutical analysis LC column, 'Bio Monolith <Protein A, Protein G>'. It enables high-speed and accurate quantification of mAb antibody titers and allows for the purification of small amounts of mAb for further characterization. It can be used with HPLC and UHPLC systems, including Agilent 1100, 1200, and 1260 Bio Inert Quaternary LC. The Bio Monolith Protein G column is suitable for the purification of IgG molecules that do not bind to Bio Monolith Protein A. 【Features】 ■ Separation analysis of all IgG subclasses (human and mouse) ■ Protein G provides different selectivity for IgG molecules that do not bind to Protein A ■ Separation unaffected by flow rate ■ High-speed movement between mobile and stationary phases ■ Fixation of method parameters ■ Significant reduction in analysis time and buffer usage *For more details, please refer to the related links or feel free to contact us.
